I especially accompany people who have experienced emotional shocks and accidents (aggression, bereavement). I also accompany people suffering from eating disorders, addictions and relationship challenges.
I am graduated from Berkeley and Aix-En-Provence University (Master in Clinical Psychopathology). I have been working as a private practitioner for almost 15 years.
I have built expertise in EMDR, a psychological tool whose effectiveness is scientifically proven: It consists of a bilateral stimulation of the brain via alternating eye movements between the right and left hemispheres. In this way, traumatic memories are reached so that they can be treated and relieved.

The first session
The first session will be for you the opportunity to see whether you feel comfortable or not. You'll leave with home practical exercises that should allow you to feel better in the very short term.
It happens people feel better as of the first session
To free yourself from traumas, to relieve fears or migraines or to get out of a state of depression... EMDR will be especially effective!
I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, IMO and systemic family therapies.
EMDR is one of my main tools. This method is recommended by the HAS (Haute Autorité de la Santé - High Authority for Health) and recognized by the WHO, and its objective is clear: the patient desensitization related to his/her trauma; so that the patient could relive the event in a neutral way and free of traumatic emotions. The aim is to treat traumatic memories without erasing them.
If you need to free yourself from traumas, to relieve fears or migraines or to get out of a state of depression... EMDR will be especially effective!
My day-to-day motivation
Seeing people I accompany move mountains, allowing them to give meaning to their lives despite the worst trauma is quite inspiring!
